Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are a small business, cancellations and re-booking constitue real costs and lost revenue for us and negatively affect our ability to provide the best service for all; therefore the following policy will be strictly enforced:

Rain & Foul Weather Policy

If any rental is cancelled by Living Waters Canoe and Kayak Rental due to dangerous weather (lightning, high winds, flood warnings, etc.) a 100% refund will be issued or rescheduled per customer’s choice.

Unless we have contacted you about potential foul weather on the day of your reservation the following policy applies:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 24-hours prior to the rental date.
• No-shows or cancelling less than 24-hours of the rental date will not be refunded. Should you wish to reschedule, there will be a 10% rebooking charge per canoe or kayak.
• Refunds will be credited to your method of payment. No cash refunds.
